The client is a leading third-party logistics provider operating a 600,000+ sq ft foreign trade zone (FTZ) distribution facility with high-volume inbound container and trailer docks.
Every trailer and container turn is tied to a customer commitment, and a single dock door that will not open, close, or secure properly can slow an entire lane.
