We replace the spring assembly and reset or replace the hold-down latch so the deck holds solid under a loaded pallet jack.
The lip hinge pin and lip extension cylinder take repeated impact from trailers backing in short. Bent lip plates and sheared hinge pins are common at high-turn Long Beach and Carson port-adjacent yards.
We straighten or replace bent lip sections and re-pin the hinge so the lip extends and retracts cleanly.

We replace corroded toggle switches and reseal or replace the control enclosure.
