The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google tag/Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager, to measure Site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising.
If you arrived at the Site through a Google ad, Google may use cookies to help us understand ad performance and, where applicable, to show you relevant ads on other sites (remarketing). To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
California residents: InSev Tech LLC does not currently meet the CCPA/CPRA's applicability thresholds (annual gross revenue over $25 million; buying, selling, or sharing personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers/households annually; or deriving 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information). Accordingly, the formal consumer-rights mechanisms mandated by the CCPA/CPRA (including a dedicated "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out process) do not currently apply to us as a matter of legal requirement.
As a matter of practice, however, we do not sell personal information for money, and you may still contact us at any time using the information in Section 10 to ask what information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion (subject to the retention needs described in Section 7), or ask us to limit use of your information for advertising purposes described in Section 5. We will accommodate reasonable requests on a good-faith basis.
This section will be revised if our applicability under the CCPA/CPRA changes.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with our legal, licensing, insurance, and safety-documentation obligations (including records related to CSLB licensing, ISNetworld safety prequalification, and NFPA 80 inspection history), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and applicable legal requirements.
